Days 1-5: Capital Discovery
Touch down in Cape Town and ease into coastal living with views of the Atlantic and the Twelve Apostles as your backdrop. Mornings might begin with a beach walk or a swim before venturing out along the Cape Peninsula, where dramatic cliffs, hidden bays, and wildlife encounters shape the day. Another sunrise could see you taking on Table Mountain, followed by time to wander the city’s art-filled streets, pause for a decadent high tea, or lose yourself among galleries and boutiques. Taste your way through Cape Town’s rich cultural layers, sharing home-cooked flavors in a local township or exploring vibrant street art districts. Evenings call for sea views and world-class dining, the perfect close to days spent balancing adventure, culture, and the kind of moments that stay with you.

Days 6-8: Klein Karoo Immersion
Leave the coast and head inland toward the Klein Karoo, a land of big skies and dramatic mountain passes. Stop along the way for wine, olive oil, and chocolate tastings before arriving at Mo & Rose for a night under the open sky. The following day is about the Robertson Wine Valley, visiting estates, meeting winemakers, and tasting exceptional vintages. Continue deeper into the Karoo to experience its slower pace: small villages, honest food from the land, and creative spaces rooted in history and tradition.

Days 9-12: Where Land Meets Sea
Travel to Grootbos Nature Reserve, a sanctuary between mountain and ocean. Settle into your private forest suite before stepping onto Walker Bay’s sands for a cave tour steeped in history. The evening ends with a six-course, wine-paired dinner. The next day, explore Milkwood forests or head out on a 4×4 botanical safari through the Cape Floral Kingdom. Then, a day built for choice: track whales, ride horses along empty beaches, dive with sharks, or stand at Africa’s southernmost tip at Cape Agulhas. On your final day, return to Cape Town by road or private flight, perhaps pausing for one last tasting to seal the journey.
